Experience the joy of Anusara yoga with certified instructor, Peggy Profant while the kids enjoy ancient mythology through storytelling, learn yoga and Spanish with Christine McArdle-Oquendo. Christine and her Peruvian husband have been leading retreats to the Sacred Valley for several years and can’t wait to share these adventures with other families as they have adored watching their children happily and freely exploring the ruins, playing with Andean children, immersed in this wise and rich Andean culture.

ur family yoga retreats allow parents a rejuvenating and uplifting Anusara Yoga practice accessible to all levels of experience, while the children join together for a playful and insightful yoga session with their new friends.

It is not necessary to have children to join us, but we ask that you love and honor them as an essential part of our global community! We make donations to the areas we visit, often focusing on the needs of children.
