ur family yoga retreats allow parents a rejuvenating and uplifting Anusara Yoga® practice accessible to all levels of experience, while the children join together for a playful and insightful yoga session with their new friends.

It is not necessary to have children to join us, but we ask that you love and honor them as an essential part of our global community! We make donations to the areas we visit, often focusing on the needs of children.
